2. 🐾 Services Provided
Puppies On The Gulf (the “Breeder”) provides information and services related to the ethical breeding, rearing, health testing, and placement of companion puppies.

Breeds: Our expertise is focused exclusively on Cavapoo, Cavapoochon, and Cavalier King Charles Spaniel puppies.

Training Programs: We offer specialized add-on Puppy Training Programs (including Foundation Builder and Master Companion Board & Train options) governed by separate agreements at the time of purchase.

Health Commitment: Our commitment includes adhering to stringent health testing standards, including protocols for Mitral Valve Disease (MVD) and other breed-specific conditions. For details, please review our Health Testing Resource Page.
3. 🐕 The Adoption Process and Deposits
All adoption requests for available Cavapoo puppies and Cavalier puppies must begin with our official Adoption Application.

Application Review: Submission of an application does not guarantee adoption. The Breeder reserves the right to approve or deny applications based on suitability.

Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure placement on a waiting list or to hold a specific puppy. Terms regarding the transferability of deposits are outlined in the separate Adoption Agreement provided at the time of deposit payment.
4. 💰 Pricing and Payments
Pricing for our Cavapoo, Cavapoochon, and Cavalier King Charles Spaniel puppies for sale reflects the high investment in ethical breeding, advanced health testing, veterinary care, and early socialization.

Price Adjustments: Prices are subject to change without notice, though the price agreed upon at the time of deposit will be honored.

Payment Methods: We accept various forms of payment. Final payment is due prior to the puppy leaving our care in Foley, Alabama.
5. 📝 Content and Intellectual Property Rights
All content on this website, including images, text (especially articles in the Puppy Care Resource Library), videos, and the likeness of our Cavapoochons and parent dogs, is the property of Puppies On The Gulf and is protected by copyright law.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Alabama, where Puppies On The Gulf operates its ethical breeding center. Any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Foley, Alabama.
